Sports Performance Training(SPT) Membership
This is a workout structured to combine Strength & Conditioning with Speed & Agility. Our athletes will learn the proper technique for running, jumping, changing direction, developing strength, and preventing injuries. Main components that are targeted and that you will see improvements in are: Stability and Coordination, Flexibility, Change of Direction, Increase in Acceleration. Combine Prep
This class is for those wanting to prepare for the upcoming National Combines. Classes will concentrate on teaching the basic combine drills: 40 yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, bench press, 3-cone drill, vertical jump and broad jump. It is all about time improvement. The Combine Prep training class will be held on Saturday mornings from 11:00 am - Noon. Cost is $40 per class. You MUST sign up in advance for these classes.

SPT Camps
Throughout the year, Georgia Sports Center and SpeedKillz will be offering different SPT Camps. Anytime youth, middle school, or high school players are out of school, we will offer a camp. Keep checking the website for more details.
