Sports Performance Training

Want to take your game to the next level? Our Sports Performance Training program can take you there!

All athletes start with a FREE consultation and a physical fitness test with our Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. After the initial consultation you can enroll in your SPT classes.Our strength coach will build a progressive workout plan for you that targets your athletic needs.

Our SPT classes will target the following areas:

Speed
Agility
Balance
Upper Body Strength
Lower Body Strength
CORE
Reaction

Testing is done on Saturdays at 11:00am. What is the athlete tested on?

  1. Speed: 40 yd dash & 60 yd shuttle
  2. Agility: 5-10-5 & "L" Drill
  3. Power Ball Toss
  4. Vertical Jump & Broad Jump
  5. Reactions

Pricing:
SPT 8 Membership: 8 classes per month $175
SPT 4 Membership: 4 classes per month $120
Individual classes: $40 per session
